Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Breast and X-Ray Center is seeking a part-time Mammography Technologist. You'll provide safe, high-quality imaging and support patients with clear communication. This role offers a predictable schedule and the chance to balance meaningful clinical work with life outside the hospital.

The candidate will have ARRT certifications, 1+ year in radiology and mammography, and strong knowledge of AIDET, patient privacy, and QA/QC procedures. Join a collaborative team in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as Radiologic Technologist and 1 year mammography experience in a hospital.
• Certifications: ARRT-R, ARRT-M, BLS.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography exams per physician order and protocol.
• Review images for quality and ensure proper labeling in PACS/RIS.
• Maintain patient privacy, comfort, and safety; provide pre/post exam instructions.
• Complete daily charge capture and assist with QA/QC tests.
