Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic verbal and written communication skills for management.
• Strong time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gains working knowledge of basic preventative maintenance per FedEx standards and follows all instructions.
• Shadow technicians to sort calls and learn diagnoses for repairs.
• Develop basic troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Learn FedEx operations and troubleshooting for barcode readers, SWAK network, and tunnel equipment.
• Use CMMS to enter and retrieve activity logs and reports.
• Promote safe work environment through safety activities and training.
• May work flexible schedules, including weekends and rotating shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
