Job summary

WinStar World Casino and Resort in Oklahoma is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join the Maintenance Unit 7 team. This role supports building operations, groundskeeping, and repair tasks to keep facilities safe and functional.

The position involves HVAC, electrical safety checks, painting, plumbing, event setup, and customer service to internal and external guests. A high school diploma or GED is required; basic computer and work order management skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience with Work Order Management applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains building environment and grounds including HVAC equipment and grounds keeping.
• Performs electrical safety checks and processes work orders, contracts and related documentation.
• Paints interior and exterior walls, trim, doors, fixtures and signs as needed.
• Maintains building climate by troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Cleans walkways and parking areas; performs landscaping duties.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures and sprinklers; maintains facilities utilities.
• Sets up rooms for meetings and events; assists with AV equipment and replacements.
• Identifies and corrects hazardous conditions; adheres to safety guidelines.
• Provides professional customer service to internal and external customers.
