Job summary

Chickasaw Nation is seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician to join the Border Casino Maintenance team at Border Casino. The role involves performing building maintenance, safety checks, and upkeep tasks to ensure a safe and functional facility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Secure building and occupants by maintaining fire alarm protection.

Description

We are currently looking for aPart Time 38 Maintenance Technician Ito join our Border Casino Maintenance team located at the Border Casino working.

Summary:
Maintains building environment and grounds by maintaining building, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment as well as grounds keeping and repair services.

Responsibilities:
* Secures building and occupants by maintenance of fire alarm protection
* Maintains accurate and timely processing of all electrical safety checks, preventive and corrective work orders, contracts and other applicable documentation
* Paints interior and exterior walls, trim, doors, fixtures and signs as needed
* Maintains building climate by trouble-shooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
* Maintains building accessibility by removing ice and snow from walkways and parking lot
* Mows the lawn and cleans surrounding landscapes
* Maintains facilities plumbing including fixtures and sprinklers
* Hauls file and boxes, moves furniture, sets up furnishings, prepare rooms for meetings, assemble public announcement and audio-visual equipment following manufacturer’s operating and care guidelines, and repairs and installs replacement parts to assure equipment is in working order when needed
* Identifies and corrects hazardous working conditions
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
