Regular inspections, task prioritization, and teamwork are essential to maintain property value and occupancy. Qualifications include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, two years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and familiarity with Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Two years of facility or property maintenance experience are required.
• HVAC certification is required.
• CPO certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and complete service requests for occupied and vacant spaces and common areas.
• Perform timely repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, lighting, etc.
• Prepare apartments for tours or move-ins with lock changes, inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with semi-annual property inspections, fire safety, pest control, etc.
• Assist with stock control and reporting of inventory.
• Safely use and maintain tools and equipment.
• Complete additional projects under the Maintenance Supervisor.
