Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school preferred.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across assigned residential properties.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing, electrical, and basic mechanical issues.
• Repair or replace fixtures, appliances, drywall, and other building components.
• Complete interior and exterior painting as needed.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents within established timelines.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests.
• Complete work orders accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot maintenance concerns and coordinate solutions with site staff and supervisors.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with site staff.
• Maintain property inventory and coordinate supply needs.
• Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and equipment in proper working condition.
• Maintain proper key control and security procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work completed by third-party vendors.
• Report property or unit concerns, including safety hazards, housekeeping issues, or pest activity.
• Assist with snow removal and other seasonal property maintenance.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and help ensure emergency maintenance coverage.
• Attend required meetings, inspections, and training sessions.
• Follow applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Fair Housing and ADA requirements
