Qualifications

• Ability to follow company procedures and make sound decisions.

• Ability to identify and correct safety conditions.
• Efficient use of available time to complete tasks on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and routine tasks such as painting, appliance repairs, flooring, window coverings, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work as assigned.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance response as scheduled.
• Grounds work including trash pickup, sweeping, and landscaping maintenance.
• Clean common areas, lobby restrooms, and perform trash removal.
• Inform Community Manager of unusual occurrences or potential damages.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
