Job summary

Fastenal is hiring for a part-time Maintenance position at our Jessup, PA Distribution Center. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing facilities, equipment, and fixtures in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Starting with onboarding and training, the successful candidate will perform preventative maintenance, respond to repair requests, and help uphold health, safety, and sustainability standards while contributing to a team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventative maintenance on conveyors, motors and gears.
• Responding to requests for repairs or maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshooting malfunctions in hydraulic and electric machinery.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Following health, safety and sustainability rules.
• Participating in health, safety and sustainability programs.
• Learning and practicing EHS trainings.
