Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use email; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on-site.
• Document work orders and maintain records.
• Inspect units and create make-ready checklists.
• Order parts, obtain bids, and coordinate with vendors.
• Provide after-hours emergency maintenance as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and tidy work areas.
• Coordinate daily with Property Manager and Regional Manager.
