Paramark Corp in Barron, WI is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to handle daily maintenance tasks. This part-time role averages ~24 hours per week and pays $25-$30 per hour.

You will work with the Property Manager and Regional Manager, perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks, document work orders, inspect vacated units, and coordinate with vendors while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical.
• Experience with hand tools: tape measures, saws, chisels, pliers, etc.
• Experience with power tools: drills, grinders, saws, sanders, etc.
• Experience with mechanical equipment: motors, pumps, compressors, blowers.
• Experience with measuring devices: voltmeters, multimeters, etc.
• Basic computer skills and email usage.
• Yardi / Voyager experience preferred.
• Be organized, efficient, accountable, and a team player.

Responsabilités

• Diagnosing and performing minor and routine maintenance in a timely fashion.
• Ensure all service requests are completed daily.
• Accurately document work performed through our electronic work order system.
• Inspect vacated units and create make-ready checklists.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Property Manager.
• Inspect the exterior of the property for needed maintenance or repairs.
• Complete or oversee preventative maintenance or repairs.
• Order parts and supplies and maintain inventory.
• Obtain bids and negotiate pricing from outside vendors and contractors.
• Perform emergency maintenance after hours as needed.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager daily.
• Perform and report on all work according to safety standards (OSHA, health codes).
• Keep work areas clean and tidy daily.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, co-workers, and staff.

Paramark Corporation is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Barron, WI, as a Part-TimeMaintenance Technician. This position is approximately 24 hours per week, with a wage range of $25-30 per hour.

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will oversee daily maintenance operations and maintain the property under the guidance of the Property Manager and Regional Manager. A typical day may consist of such tasks as:

• Diagnosing and performing minor and routine maintenance in a timely fashion
• Ensure all service requests are completed daily
• Accurately document work performed through our electronic work order system
• Inspect vacated units and create make-ready checklists
• Complete special projects as assigned and prioritized by the Property Manager
• Inspect the exterior of the property for needed preventative maintenance or repairs
• Complete or oversee the completion of the preventative maintenance or repairs
• Order parts and supplies and maintain inventory
• Obtain bids and negotiate pricing from outside vendors and contractors
• Perform emergency maintenance (after hours) as needed
• Coordinate with the Property Manager daily
• Perform and report on all work according to the safety standards of the company, OSHA, and health codes
• Keep work areas clean and tidy daily
• Promote positive public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff through a friendly and courteous attitude.

Requirements

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, etc.
• Experience with hand tools, including tape measures, squares, levels, hand saws, chisels, cutters, pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.
• Experience with power tools, including grinders, drills, various saws, rotary hammers, sanders, routers, planers, nail guns, air compressors, etc.
• Experience with mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, compressors, blowers, etc.
• Experience with measuring devices such as voltmeters, multimeters, ohmmeters, PH tests, etc.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use email
• Yardi / Voyager experience preferred
• Be organized and efficient.
• Be accountable and responsible.
• Be able to function as a team player
