Paramark Corp is seeking a dedicated part-time Maintenance Technician to support two properties, DeWitt, IA and Cordova, IL, at 28 hours per week. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks with a strong focus on safety and documentation.

The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and a true team player, able to handle emergency requests and coordinate with property managers to keep properties well-maintained and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical tasks.
• Ability to operate basic maintenance tools and document work.
• Strong teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance at two properties as assigned.
• Complete daily service requests and document work orders accurately.
• Inspect and prepare units for occupancy, including make-ready tasks.
• Order parts, obtain bids, and coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Perform after-hours emergency maintenance as required.
• Ensure safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and health codes are followed.
