Job summary

Paramark Corp is hiring a part-time Maintenance Technician for 28 hours per week to service two properties in DeWitt, IA and Cordova, IL. You will diagnose and perform routine maintenance, document work orders, and coordinate with property managers to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical basics, and a proactive team player attitude. Candidate must be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and maintaining a clean, safe work

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical work.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills and email usage; Yardi/Voyager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of two properties.
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance in a timely manner.
• Document work orders electronically and keep work areas clean.
