Job summary
Garden Villas of Lenexa is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain a renovated independent and assisted living community. Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpet demo and cleaning to ensure resident comfort and safety.
The role may involve pool maintenance, and candidates must have or be willing to obtain a CDL license; HVAC certification is a plus. This position aligns with Delmar Gardens Family values and offers a supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Part-Time position in a renovated independent/assisted living community.
- Experience in maintenance tasks: painting, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning.
- Pool maintenance may be required.
- Must have or be willing to obtain CDL license; HVAC certification a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the building to keep residents comfortable and safe.
- Renovate apartment units when vacated (paint, light plumbing/electrical, carpet demo/cleaning).
- Perform pool maintenance as needed.
