Job summary

Responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance of building systems.
• Repairs: Address residents' repair requests and resolve issues in common areas.
• Grounds keeping: Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and outdoor amenities.
• Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Other duties as assigned
