Delaware North Sportservice at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan is seeking a part-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with machinery, metalworking and locksmith duties.
• General knowledge of basic tools used in building trades.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic repair and maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance on stand, kitchen, and bar equipment.
• Orders parts and maintains inventory.
• Safely operates small power tools and related maintenance tools.
• Completes all paperwork and maintenance log in a timely manner.
• Reviews status of assignments and follow-up actions with the Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
