CLS Living in Edmond, Oklahoma is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Part Time) to provide first-class service to residents and prospects. You will keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained, complete work orders promptly, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor with scheduling and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate has HVAC basics, electrical and plumbing knowledge, and experience with building automation and life-safety systems.

Qualifications

• Make Ready experience and vendor coordination experience.
