Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping around Clubhouse and grounds.
• Perform monthly water meter reads and related tasks.
• Deliver notices and communications to residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and repairs in common areas and park surroundings.
• Respond to after-hours water/sewer issues and emergencies.
• Perform preventative maintenance and follow-ups on work completed.
• Ensure safety inspections are conducted as scheduled.
• Manage workload to meet deadlines and adapt to community needs.
