Job summary

Legacy Communities is seeking a Full Time Maintenance technician to maintain the appearance and upkeep of a manufactured home community in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will work with a team to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained common areas.

Responsibilities include landscaping, meter reads, emergency response, and repairs. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and 2 years of maintenance experience, with strong safety and organization skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and general maintenance.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping around Clubhouse including watering of grass and bushes.
• Conduct monthly water meter reads.
• Deliver notices and communications to residents.
• Maintain landscaping of common areas and trim trees and bushes.
• Conduct daily trash pickup throughout the community.
• Respond to after-hours water and sewer emergencies.
• Repair broken water meters and troubleshoot water/sewer issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and follow-ups on all tasks.
• Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.
