Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in hotel maintenance or similar role.
• One year of college or trade school in mechanical/electrical disciplines is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms.
• Performs preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Checks fixtures, lighting and signs; ensures spare parts availability.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly and completes work orders.
• Conducts daily rounds and reports issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
