Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Maintenance Engineer to join our team at HIS Marina-21207. This part-time role oversees hotel grounds, public areas, and guest rooms, with a focus on preventative maintenance and timely response to orders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hotel maintenance, solid HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge, and strong communication. The position offers a structured benefits package and opportunities for career growth within Schulte Companies.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years in hotel maintenance (two years noted in the description)
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Mansioni

• Oversees the property grounds, public areas and hotel guest rooms
• Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodations
• Check fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation; maintain an adequate supply of spare parts and light bulbs
• Responds to maintenance orders in a timely manner
• Fulfills work orders in a timely manner
• Completed daily rounds, identifying and reporting problems
• Perform various other duties as assigned
