Qualifications

• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and buildings.
• Conduct rounds to check and report issues related to resident care.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Perform custodial duties, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and floors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
