Part Time Machine Operator 1st Shift (Finance)

Johnsonville, LLC

Position: Machine Operator

Type: Part Time

Pay Range: $26.27/hr - $27.92/hr

Hours: 5:30am - 11:00am, Monday - Friday (Average of 29 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Rotate through all positions in the Stuffing area
• Operate, set up, and change over Poly-clip and Francomatic machines
• Lift/hang sticks weighing up to 40 lbs
• Push wagons and racks of product
• Maintain all related paperwork

Experience:

• Manufacturing experience preferred

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid math skills
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork to achieve World Class Results
• Physical ability to push/pull racks and wagons
• Accurate completion of production documentation
• Willingness to learn and use SAP for inventory and product flow management
• Cross-training at stuffing and formulation areas
• Ability to obtain a forklift license
• Willingness to learn basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, SA)
• Ability to work at heights above ground level
• Lift 40 pounds
• Proficiency with Redzone program and Operator Driven Reliability
• Fluency in English, based on business necessity

Other Requirements:

• Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening, physical, and background check
