Job Description: Machine Operator (Part-Time)

Company: Johnsonville, LLC

Position: Machine Operator

Type: Part-Time

Pay Range: $26.27/hr - $27.92/hr

Hours: 5:30am - 11:00am, Monday - Friday (Average of 29 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Rotate through all positions in the Stuffing area
• Operate, set up, and change over Poly-clip and Francomatic machines
• Lifting and hanging sticks weighing up to 40 lbs
• Pushing wagons and racks of product
• Maintain all paperwork related to the position

Experience & Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid math skills
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork to achieve World Class Results
• Ability to push/pull racks and wagons
• Accurate completion of production documentation
• Willingness to learn and use SAP for managing inventory and product flow
• Cross-training in stuffing and formulation
• Ability to obtain a forklift license
• Willingness to learn basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, SAP)
• Ability to work at heights above ground level
• Capability to lift 40 pounds
• Proficiency with Redzone program and participation in Operator Driven Reliability
• Proficiency in English is required based on business needs

Other Requirements:

• Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screen, physical, and background check
