Description

Machine Operator Labor Grade 11 is responsible for the final production processes in the making of high-quality cookware. In this role, you will assemble, test (including thermoplugs), rivet, wrap, and pack a variety of cookware. You will also set up work centers, operate spot welders, flange finishing, laser trademark machines, and bottom brusher. Additionally, you will operate punch presses, flattening presses, grit blasters, shrink wrap machines, small drill presses, and blank sanding machines.

Salary: $19.54/hr

Job Type: Full-Time

You will love this role if you have, want, and can do the following:

  • Prepare, install, position, adjust, align, and remove all tooling and other parts required to operate the machines listed above.
  • Make final and in-process adjustments to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Load and unload parts for cleaning and inspect for defects.
  • Operate machines and small air or electric hand tools used for assembly.
  • Wrap, bag, form, and pack products into cartons and accessories, then load cartons onto pallets.
  • Maintain equipment and tooling, taking corrective actions if necessary.
  • Inspect products for flaws, scratches, proper finish, and other defects.
  • Move materials to and from the work area.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
