AdventHealth is seeking a dual-certified Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Lymphedema Clinic in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. The role emphasizes comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing education for patients and caregivers.

BLS and OT or PT licensure are required, with willingness to pursue additional specialty areas in lymphedema, pelvic floor, oncology, or hand therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy.
• Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English effectively.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Establishes and updates individualized treatment plans with goals and frequency.
• Documents accurately and timely using measurable terminology.
• Educates patients and caregivers and provides discharge recommendations.
• Oversees assistants and maintains clinical competencies.
