Job summary

Roseville Care Center in Roseville, CA is seeking a part-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing team. AM, PM, and NOC shifts are available, with competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.

As an LVN, you will administer medications, monitor residents, assist with admissions and care planning, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote safety, dignity, and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LVN program.
• Current, active California LVN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication, organization and clinical judgment.
• Ability to work with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and per policy.
• Monitor residents, obtain vital signs, and report changes to healthcare team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and care planning as needed.
• Provide nursing care and support daily activities of nursing assistants on your shift.
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with infection control and safety policies.
