Responsabilités

• Provide clinical oversight and clear direction to caregiving staff.
• Assess residents, document changes, and communicate with physicians and families.
• Perform diabetic care, medication tasks, and follow physician orders.
• Coordinate medical appointments and support proactive health management.
• Partner with Home Health/Hospice teams to ensure comfort and continuity of care.
• Train, coach, and support caregiving staff.
