Job summary

Sunrise Post Acute in California is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on a part-time basis. You will provide high-quality care to residents, administer meds, monitor conditions, and maintain accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a California LVN license, CPR/BLS, strong clinical and communication skills, and a resident-focused approach. Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is preferred; we offer a collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for our residents.
