Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate at the Dolphin Mall in Florida. You will provide exceptional customer service, build rapport with customers, and strive to meet sales goals while developing deep product knowledge across Movado brands.

The role requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends/evenings as needed. Competitive compensation with hourly pay and sales commission is offered within a dynamic, luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Open availability and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
• Develop knowledge of the merchandise and stay current on product details.
• Merchandise product in accordance with Company guidelines and maintain displays.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional store environment and ensure accurate ticketing.
• Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in line with policy.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with any additional tasks as needed.
