Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the merchandise.
• Merchandise product according to company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional environment; monitor ticketing and displays.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes.
• Support the store with additional tasks as needed.
