Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate for the Miromar Outlets Estero, FL. You will provide exceptional customer service, achieve sales goals, and develop product knowledge across Movado and sister brands.

The role requires strong selling skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a flexible schedule to meet store objectives. Compensation includes an hourly rate starting at $15.00 plus commission and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories or luxury retail is preferred.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
• Develop knowledge of Movado and sister brands' merchandise.
• Merchandise products according to company guidelines and ensure proper display.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional store environment with accurate ticketing.
• Follow security and loss prevention procedures per corporate policies.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with additional tasks as needed.
