Job summary

Movado Group is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate at the Camarillo Premium Outlets to deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection. You will help maintain brand standards and work to meet sales goals in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities include merchandising, processing transactions, and staying knowledgeable about Movado brands. A flexible schedule and commission on sales are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in watches or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals as established by the Store Manager.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of merchandise.
• Merchandise product in accordance with Company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment while monitoring merchandise to ensure accurate ticketing, and proper display.
• Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with any additional tasks as needed.
