Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and reset treatment rooms.
• Maintain spa, locker room, and relaxation areas.
• Stock robes, towels, linens, refreshments, and guest amenities.
• Assist with spa laundry and inventory.
• Support therapists and estheticians with daily needs.
• Anticipate guest needs with warmth and discretion.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Follow sanitation and Forbes service standards.
