Twin Farms, a luxury all-inclusive adults-only resort in Vermont, is seeking dependable Housekeepers to maintain guest rooms and shared spaces to exacting standards. Responsibilities include room make-ups, turndown service, and timely turnovers with a focus on presentation and cleanliness.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a superb guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily preparation: inventory check and loading of supplies for the shift.
• Room make-up / turndown service: remove trash and laundry; sanitize and clean bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, and eating areas; dust; vacuum; make beds; replenish amenities (firewood, toiletries, etc.); reset fireplaces as needed.
• Room turnovers: prepare rooms for guest check-in, including stripping and making beds with fresh linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities
• Common area upkeep: maintain cleanliness and presentation of common areas
• Laundry support (as needed): gather and transport linens and laundry; load machines, fold, store, and deliver items as required
• Closet restocking: inventory and restock housekeeping closets with linens and amenities
• Department space upkeep: maintain laundry building, bathrooms, break rooms, and office areas
• Vehicle use: operate a company vehicle carefully; ensure vehicles are cleared of supplies and refuse at the end of each shift
• Efficiency and accuracy: complete work thoroughly and on time while maintaining service standards
• Reporting: observe and report maintenance issues, missing inventory, or damage
• Other duties: assist with additional tasks
