Job summary

Marc Jacobs International in National Harbor (Oxon Hill, MD) seeks a Sales Associate to join our flagship team. You will drive sales by delivering an exceptional client experience, executing clienteling efforts, and supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication and clienteling abilities
• Ability to generate sales and build client relationships
• Comfort with operating a POS system and basic software tools

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales KPIs
• Keep the store guest-ready and welcoming for clients
• Demonstrate styling expertise and product knowledge to drive sales
• Capture and nurture client data for follow-up and repeat business
