Job summary

Leap Inc is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for our boutique in Bridgewater, New Jersey. You will deliver an elevated in-store experience for ATHLETIFREAK, building brand connections and driving customer satisfaction.

You will engage customers, develop product knowledge, and support store operations including opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties as needed. Prior luxury retail experience and flexibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail with understanding of premium accessories.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through engagement and recommendations.
• Support sales initiatives and drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Maintain visual and operational standards and assist with inventory tasks and daily store tasks.
• Open/close procedures and keyholder responsibilities as needed.
