SMCP North America is seeking a PT Keyholder for Sandro in Santa Clara, CA. You will support store leadership, open/close, handle cash, and drive exceptional client experiences in a luxury environment.

You bring at least 1 year in retail or customer service, a passion for fashion, and strong communication. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour, plus 2% commission and wardrobe benefits, with an emphasis on growth within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team in the absence of store management.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and KPI tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Build client books, foster relationships, and drive sales targets.
• Maintain store standards and oversee stock replenishment.
• Support new hires and promote a growth-focused culture.
• Create an inclusive, personalized shopping experience for clients.
