Job summary

Saks OFF 5TH is seeking a part-time Flex Associate at our Woodbury, MN location. You will assist customers, promote Saks credit, and maintain displays while hitting sales goals.

This role supports peak periods with flexible hours and contributes to a high-energy, luxury-off-price shopping environment. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, a proven sales track record, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
• Proven sales track record and results driven mindset.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs.
• Be familiar with store inventory to provide customers with best product knowledge.
• Greet customers and educate them on current promotions.
• Promote Saks credit card and foster repeat business.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system and adhere to checkout standards.
• Assist in selling floor maintenance and adjusting fixtures as needed.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection procedures.
