Job summary

Canada Goose is seeking a Brand Ambassador, Experience for our Atlanta store. This part-time role centers on delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales in a luxury retail setting at Phipps Plaza.

You will contribute to product knowledge sessions, CRM via clienteling, POS transactions, and maintaining visual standards while collaborating with management to excel in service metrics and store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in apparel retail.
• Proven record of successful sales performance.
• Experience with affluent/luxury brands in high-traffic locations is a plus.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good understanding of CRM tools and processes.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Word and Excel).
• Bonus points for proficiency in another language.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication, collaboration and partnership with the management team.
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Assist in driving Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics.
• Contribute to the store's Units per Transaction (UPT) by introducing new categories.
• Develop, maintain and drive personal CRM through clienteling and after-sale engagement.
• Leverage in-store elements to provide a memorable customer experience and promote repeat purchase.
• Follow all store operating procedures to minimize shrink.
• Handle all POS transactions in compliance with company standards.
• Support in the overall upkeep of physical store maintenance and standards.
• Maintain Visual Merchandise directives.
