Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive and intuitive service to guests.
• Maintain polished, professional demeanor in all guest interactions.
• Support teammates to ensure seamless service execution.
• Guide guests through the menu with thoughtful recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and beverage program.
• Enter orders accurately into POS and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate courses with kitchen and bar for guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to health, safety and hotel policies.
