Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of F&B management in a luxury hotel or fine dining NYC.
• Banquet and private event experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and service standards of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, room service, and amenities.
• Lead and motivate the service team; drive financial performance and uphold hospitality standards.
• Maintain floor presence, manage guest needs, and handle complaints per standards.
• Coordinate events, ensure on-time execution, and maintain brand service guidelines.
• Prepare weekly payroll and monthly department summaries; monitor staffing and training initiatives.
