Formación

• Minimum of 3 years Food and Beverage Management Experience.
• Experience in lifestyle or luxury hotels required.
• Exceptionally trained in service and guest relations.
• Excellent communicator, strong listening, speaking and writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate a welcoming SF space for locals and guests, ensuring a fun time.
• Greet guests, escort to tables, and present menus with recommendations.
• Explain Starlite's service style and ambiance to guests.
• Maintain hospitality standards from arrival to departure.
• Coordinate seating with FOH team and managers, manage flow and events.
• Note guest preferences and inform team; address dissatisfaction promptly.
