You will engage with clients, drive personal sales, and provide a high level of customer service, collaborating with the designer on the design ethos and brand identity.

Ideal candidates have retail or selling background, passion for luxury fashion, strong communication, and the ability to learn fashion software.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or selling background preferred.
• Passion for luxury fashion and design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Tech savvy with ability to learn software programs used in retail.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales goals and develop lasting client relationships.
• Provide highest level of customer service and support company policies.
• Assist in boutique maintenance, organization, and visual presentation.
• Collaborate with designer on design ethos and brand identity.
• Manage in-store and online orders, alterations, and shipping notes as needed.
• Maintain inventory and stockroom organization.
