Job summary

GANNI is seeking a part-time Client Advisor for our Flatiron, New York store. You will be an ambassador for the brand, delivering exceptional service, styling sessions, and supporting omnichannel initiatives.

You will work with store management to drive client retention, stock knowledge, and daily store operations, including stock management. Compensation includes hourly pay and commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar luxury/premium environment.
• Energetic, proactive and self-motivated.
• Demonstrates optimism, commitment and curiosity.
• Experience with sales in a results-driven environment.
• Omnichannel and clienteling understanding.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliever exceptional client experience and outstanding styling sessions.
• Drive retention of clients.
• Strive to reach individual targets and support store targets.
• Contribute to daily operations by maintaining high standards in front and back of house.
