Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication skills required to deliver impeccable client service.
• Experience with Women’s and Men’s RTW is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service to clients and act as a brand ambassador while achieving individual and store sales goals.
• Tailor the client experience and support the team to ensure smooth shop-floor operations and sales ceremonies.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand heritage, and prioritize client interests to achieve monthly targets.
• Proactively use CRM and clienteling tools to build and retain relationships and identify potential clients.
• Maintain and update CRM data to build long-term relationships with DG loyal clients and oversee sales policies and initiatives.
