Job summary

JAMES PERSE is currently hiring a part-time Client Advisor for our Bloomingdale's Short Hills Women’s Shop. The Client Advisor is responsible for achieving all sales objectives and delivering excellent customer service while upholding visual merchandising and operational standards.

As part of a high-end luxury boutique environment, you will establish client relationships, manage communications, and maintain selling floor and store standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience in retail/boutique selling high-end goods and clientele-focused sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with JAMES PERSE.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise and store standards.
• Ensure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times.
• Participate in special events and/or projects as needed (e.g. Sample Sale, Physical Inventory).
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellence.
• All other duties as assigned.
