Qualifications

• Experience in retail/boutique sales of high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
• Open scheduling availability for a seven-day-a-week operation.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communications.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise and store standards.
• Participate in events and store projects as needed.
• Adhere to store procedures while delivering exceptional client experience.
• All other duties as assigned.
