Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to operate the register and stand, walk for multiple hours.

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with a customer-first mindset.
• Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training to execute business results.

• Represent the customer experience expectations in store and maintain RL brand standards.
