Vivienne Westwood in Los Angeles is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our boutique for 4 days a week, delivering a high-touch client experience and driving sales. You will nurture client relationships, operate within our CRM, and represent the brand with authenticity.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury fashion retail, strong communication, and a proactive, adaptable approach. Weekend availability and a passion for fashion are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion retail
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Strong clientele skills with an existing client portfolio preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, products, and styling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with the Vivienne Westwood brand
• Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to overall business performance
• Identify client needs and provide expert guidance on products, styling, and collections
• Support clients throughout the full customer journey, from initial engagement to after-sales service
• Build and maintain a strong client book, driving repeat business and loyalty
• Proactively engage in client outreach, including appointments, follow-ups, and events
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within CRM systems
• Develop in-depth knowledge of collections, materials, and brand heritage
• Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and authenticity at all times
• Support daily store operations, including POS transactions, stock management, and visual merchandising
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and housekeeping
• Work collaboratively with the team to support store goals
• Contribute to a positive and professional working environment
• Support additional business needs as required
