Von Dutch is opening a Nolita boutique in October 2026 and seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate who excels at delivering exceptional in-store experiences and building brand loyalty. You will engage customers with personalized recommendations, support sales goals, and maintain premium store standards.

Ideal candidates have experience in luxury retail, flexible availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail.
• Availability: flexible to meet business needs including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical requirements: stand/walk, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum age 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement, active listening, and personalized recommendations.
• Provide an elevated shopping experience by understanding customer needs and delivering thoughtful product solutions.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating memorable experiences.
• Support store sales goals through proactive customer engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Develop product knowledge to educate customers and build purchase confidence.
• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey from engagement to checkout.
• Maintain a ready store environment with visual merchandising and cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory tasks, shipments, and daily operations.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and keyholder responsibilities.
